Sereno Wellness Policies, Terms and Conditions

Parking & Checking In

Parking is available within The Shops of Morgan Crossing parking areas for our Sereno Wellness guests. We are located in the main parking lot beside Golf Town.

With an initial booking confirmation, patients will be asked for some information including name, phone number, email, credit card number to hold appointment time. Credit cards are required at time of booking. We ask that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time to fill out intake forms or update your personal information. Please ensure you have disclosed all current medical history. Please ensure we have your up-to-date address, email and contact information.

We ask our patients to register 10 minutes prior to their scheduled appointment time. Your care provider will then escort you through into our facility to your treatment room.

Late Arrivals, Cancellations & Missed Appointments

To ensure optimal treatment experience, our care providers reserve the right to reschedule late arrivals of more than 15 minutes. Sereno Wellness & Spa may retain treatment deposits failing a timely arrival. Sereno Wellness & Spa require two business days (48hrs) cancellation notice. Appointment confirmations will be made two business days prior to your scheduled appointment. Treatment deposits are non-refundable if patients fail to appear. A “no- show” fee will apply if you fail to appear to your confirmed appointment time. Credit cards are required at time of booking for all treatments.

Deposits, Payments & Returns

Product and treatment costs are disclosed at the time of consultation and will be clarified prior to treatment. Depending on the procedure, a deposit may be taken at the time of booking. Deposits will be applied in full to the balance of your bill, are refundable with a minimum of two business days’ cancellation notice and may be retained, as disclosed, failing to meet the above requirements. The balance owing for products and services will be due at the time of treatment.

We accept Cash, Debit, Visa, Master Card, Amex, and Sereno Gift Cards. We are committed to ensuring skin care satisfaction. Exchanges must be made in person. Skincare and Supplements may be returned within 30 days unopened*. All make-up products, gift cards, healthwise foods and treatment packages are a FINAL SALE.
